Quickpay - Quickpay Callback Service Maintenance – Maintenance details

We will perform maintenance on our callback delivery service during the following time window:

Start time: 26.08.2025 10:00 CEST

End time: 26.08.2025 11:00 CEST

Actions required: No

Expected impact: Callback deliveries may be delayed or briefly queued during the maintenance window. There will be no impact on transaction processing; payments and API operations will remain fully functional. If you rely on callbacks for real-time updates, consider temporarily polling the API as a fallback. Any delayed callbacks will be delivered automatically once maintenance is complete.
